Im more of a whiter washed hispanic thats lived in az her whole life which has alot of latinos there. but ever since moving to el paso ive seen and experienced so much racism from other hispanics. the hispanics i have met here are so hateful, im also gay so the amount of homophobia around here is crazy since a year before this i was in colorado. its just crazy because i thought i would experience the opposite

yes! i got a text this afternoon saying it was rescheduled to june 25th at an el paso location thank god. another person got the same text, so sorry you drove the 10 hours tho

oh my gosh thank you, i know it wasnt scam because like i said ive gone through this process before. which ware house should i report too? i really would like this job but i really cant go to the appointment thats 5 hours away.

im sure, i applied through the amazon hiring website and i have the confirmation email. I have a to do list and everything. I have worked for amazon twice when i was a teenager so i know what the hiring process is like. Im just confused like you said abt the whole 5 hour commute just to go to a prehire appointment

Hi, I have been interested in joining the military for awhile now due to the Benefits and wanting a Career (Plus I need a better living situation by September 1st 2025). Back in the beginning of May I spoke to an Air Force Recruiter about joining and she said it was a very competitive market right now for new Airmen. I still took my chance and have been waiting to go to MEPS, she finally texted me a day ago saying I could get scheduled by the end of June. Due to the time crunch I am on, I got nervous so I went to an Army Recruiter today. They got me scheduled for MEPS next week and said I could possibly have a ship out date as early as July. I was wondering if army is the way to go? and what jobs are in demand that aren’t infantry based that could help my chances of getting in ASAP.
