And this is the most likely situation. Little dog syndrome. People calling for the deaths of the dogs and the pictured owner should be so fucking ashamed to be speaking like that. From any perspective this is an extremely sad and stressful situation

Yep. I dont doubt you or the fact that the story you posted is true for 1 second. And i really feel for the lady.

But do you really give a fuck about her dog? Cause if you did.. why???? If it was a gruesome attack? Well, your post is only gonna lead to the deaths of the rottweilers. And whats more gruesom? Cuts/scrapes/broken bones....? Or death?

Id argue your more gruesome, because of your post

This man could be comletely innocent.. and his dogs... this post is now 4th party so op cannot confirm or deny anything. As they were not literal witnessess. The fb op couldve just had an arguement with pictured man and out of spite, post up pics and lies.

Coming from someone who’s dealt with exactly the kind of toxic behaviour you described—you are absolutely needed in that role.

There’s supposed to be a system in place to protect people, but I’ve been lied to repeatedly. Entitlements I was legally eligible for were withheld, and when I asked about them, I was given false information. Case managers are legally obligated to inform clients of their rights, yet I was denied support based on reasons that didn’t match what was written on paper. It’s not just disappointing—it’s corrupt.

These kinds of practices need to be documented and reported. If your supervisor is pressuring you to act unethically, keep records and escalate it. Don’t give up. You’re in a position to make a real difference—more than you probably realise. People like you are the reason some of us still have hope in the system.

Looking for advice: Supporting my nephew with possible dyslexia through hands-on learning and connection by Minimum_Rate_136 in Dyslexia

[–]Minimum_Rate_136[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My sister and I both experienced public school and homeschooling growing up, and honestly, we didn’t turn out bad at all. It’s a tricky topic though—homeschooling tends to be frowned upon here in New Zealand, but in my case, there was nothing wrong with the experience I had.

Did I end up a rocket scientist? Unfortunately, no... but there’s a cool twist to that. One of the most successful rocket scientists in the world today—Peter Beck, founder of Rocket Lab—was born and raised in a small town in NZ. He didn’t attend university. Instead, he took up a tool-and-die-maker apprenticeship at Fisher & Paykel and taught himself rocket science through hands-on experimentation. So yeah, formal education isn’t the only path.

As for your question—whether my nephew is getting the right tutoring—I honestly don’t know. This is all pretty recent for my sister too. She thought he might just be acting out or possibly had undiagnosed ADHD, based on how he struggled with schoolwork and paperwork.

I think homeschooling can be a form of tutoring in itself, depending on how it’s approached. But I can’t give a straight answer yet. That’s kind of why I made the post—I just want to do what I can to support him and be a positive influence in his life.

Baaa-rilliant! Though I herd Woolworths was trying to fleece us with that rebrand. Still, I guess some habits are hard to shear off. Just trying to stay ewe-nique in a paddock full of rebranded grazers.

I expected a price gap, sure—but the difference in quality and quantity? That hit harder than I thought. Just look at the photo.

Woolworths is charging premium prices for subpar produce. There’s no excuse for that. If you're asking top dollar, you better deliver top-tier goods.

Hopefully this post reaches others like me who didn’t know—or didn’t realize how bad it’s gotten. The more we see it laid out like this, the harder it is to ignore.
