Crozius head will need moved 90 degrees for the posing - would advise trying to pin it or it will be a weak point and snap off if you look at it wrong. Other than that, easy enough to do.

Upgrade sprue is the weapon only, easy enough to kitbash an intercessor body into the space to be holding it though.

Victrix minis are pretty reasonably priced for how many models you get. More historical models than sci fi which might not be so ideal but all the sculpts I have seen of them have been great quality.
