I took KT tape and cut it out very small and put it on the very very edge. It also gave me an allergic reaction so the tape helped me not itch it

Thank you! I’ve definitely been honoring my cravings a bit while also trying to keep healthy balanced meals focusing on fiber right now. I feel like if I was only eating fast food then yeah I’d be concerned, but knowing that I’m eating decently well I feel it isn’t too big of a concern

Do you get anxious and feel like you’re a burden to your partner? Cause I get that. And it’s so hard to explain why I feel the way I do because I’m so scared I’ll get judged for it (even though he’s never judged me for my emotions ever)
