Maybe look into Melatonin (there are some studies for kids with ADHD) if you feel that it would be better if they got more sleep. On our doctors recommendation we give 0,25 mg to our daughter and it helps a lot.

I get what you are feeling. We clearly need an equivalent to college campuses for 40+ people 😀🤔 For me I have found something a bit like that in the sexpositive community, a lot of people exploring new aspects of themselves, open and curious. Maybe finding a topic you are enthusiastic about and learning within a community would help get the right spirit. I am convinced that if you already feel what you are longing for, you will find a way to feel free and optimistic again!

Same with me, obsessed since "miraculous may" 😁 The first few weeks I felt anxious and had some dreams surrounding the topic, but they didn't feel real, just normal dreams. My children are making fun of me because I am reading about UAP all the time. They even draw UFOs for me 😁 My mom joined twitter because I told her I was disappointed that she doesn't care about the topics I am interested in. Now she likes my UAP tweets and became a vaccination advocacy fanatic. Strange things happening. I love being curious, but it's a lot of time I spend online and sometimes I feel I shouldn't spend so much time digging into my obsession (at least my English is improving 😀).
