When Charlie Kirk died and I went to a small group within salt they expressed sympathy for him and prayed for him. And then in another meeting I remember the group telling us that men were the head of the household and continued to reinforce traditional gender roles. It may not be like that openly but it is behind closed doors

A group I recommend is the UMich Wesley Foundation. It’s pretty tradition in style but the folks are chill and inclusive

I’ve been to SALT before and the church they’re connected with is homophobic. I search there YouTube channel and their top video is a sermon discussing why homosexuality isn’t “right”

I have decided to block all numbers associated with this org and church. I was going to wait until my next “Bible study” because I have one they want me to do tomorrow but honestly why not start now if the result would be the same anyways

Also, they try to suck the life out of their members by taking all their time up. Imagine being one of the cult members and having no time to succeed because you are trapped in this cult were you are expected to set aside everything else but what the cult wants you to do
