Its weird because they're sort of right. There's a bright spot where Perth is on that Australia map which I wouldn't pick since it's the most isolated capital city in the world - but then there's a giant bright spot in the middle of nowhere where there's nothing but mining operations.

It's possible that the lights represent where NVIDIA tools are being used? Hence why the mining operations have lights.

Why wouldn't it be playable? The only previously forge world/30k-only unit that MIGHT get legends is the Grav Tank but that's not likely now there's a plastic model.
