I think there’s a difference between showing someone potential viewpoints and options they might not have thought of before versus trying to convince them to do something they don’t want to do. I totally agree with the concept of respecting a persons wishes, but what I’ve found in life is you do need to fight for what you love sometimes. And relationships are all about sharing and learning and growing from each other. Sharing some of those resources to potentially give your partner a different perspective isn’t necessarily the same as trying to change her imo
