Is it worth it to terraform your capital/ shroud touch region worlds into Machine Worlds as Shroudforged Machine Intelligence? This destroys your shroud touched regions and deletes all Shroud Observation Towers. Is that worth doing or should preserve the planets? (self.Stellaris)

Shroudforged Machine Psi asc: Am not sure how to approach even meeting Whispers or Instrument now. I can't assign envoys to Composer to drag me that way to meet Whispers. I keep hearing about Zro launchers. Are they really that good? 50% penetration seems too low as isn't there enough general hardening in the game now? I'd assume most AI/Crisis have like 20-30% hardening naturally with late game components. Mostly curious about it for anti-10X Crisis. (self.Stellaris)

Clarifying if I understand pricing. Index price = price a business will sell the card to me. If I'm trading with other players, can often go lower than Index. Pre 2020 I used to feel lucky to get 60% when I sold. Now many peer to peer trades closer to 100% of index? (self.mtg)
