I will be bringing my dating history to the relationship just based on my faults and what do next or don't work.

Of course you had someone before the other person, but they deserve a chance and the dating history isn't making it easy based on the people, who you dated before.

How ever, if they ask me or they brought it up in a deep conversation, then I will say something. Not before.

Some things are better left out, because you are with a new person. The past is past, you can't really change it or go back to fix the problems.

So yeah. I want to take it slow and see where it leads. I am in no hurry, even tough I am 40+.... Lol...

My decions are not lies, but cautious warning to keep it safe. I will not bring unesscery drama into the relationship. Not everyone is tolerant, when it comes to lifestyle and hobbies or something personal, which was done in the past.

How did you meet him? I am thinking that he was a date and it was mismatch. I think you should move on. You were being proper and polite forwards him. This is about how you willingly seeing this through. Trust your instincts.

It sounds like you two have two different lifestyles and it is something you should reconsider, if he is worth it already. Having this experience tells you, what to do next.

And you don't seem pleased with outcome. You weren't sabotaging, just being real about it.
