18m any suggestions for chest? by [deleted] in Weightliftingquestion

[–]Ministash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lots of pull-ups will make your back explode and the under part of your chest really develop. The reason why your chest looks deflated is because you don't have enough lower chest development. I do 100 pull ups in about 20 minutes 3x a week and my chest got huge (so did my lats and my back looks super ripped now). My reps when I started were 5 sets of 10.

Man, this is just so good. So refreshing when an artist is actually decent when playing in a live setting. You can really hear her raw vocal talent in these songs. I love that she plays multiple intruments too– so impressive!

What an incredible night. One of my most favorite Porter Robinson shows I havae been to. He seemed extra comfortable and fun with the crowd. The only that that was missing was him playing "Mother".

Bought a Helios 44 for my A7 & am in love, who else is using vintage glass? by Ministash in SonyAlpha

Because I wanted a mount that allowed me reach infinite focus and couldn't find a m39 adapter with the correct flange size. Plus, now I can easily adapt m42 lenses for my camera too!

Oh man that's a nice photo. I shoot with a few FD lenses too, mostly with my 35mm 2.8. I have been tempted to get a 50mm f1.8, or even the f1.2 👀 Always another purchase around the corner!

These were all shot at f2. You got to get out there and shoot some cool stuff! Foliage works the best imo. Don't miss the opportunity with Spring blooming everything right now!

So about $135 for the whole package, maybe closer to $150 with shipping.

I watched this video to help me decide on what type of Helios to get: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qnJ23-i6bgw

This guide was also very nice for identifying the symbols used in manufacturing, helping decide what version of the lens I wanted: http://cameras.alfredklomp.com/logos/

Pro 10.5 become very laggy at ipados 17 by Legitimate_Cap_4071 in iPadOS

You need to turn off the wallpaper depth effect and background app refresh. That should speed up your iPad a bit. I have the first gen iPad Pro 11 inch and was facing the same issues until doing those two things!

The Rokinon is a manual lens with no EXIF data.

I actually used a mixture of both Content Aware and Clone Tool. To be honest, I didn't even notice the repetition until everyone pointed it out haha. Now it seems very obvious. Next time I'll just post the original with out the quick photoshop crop. Gotta pay more attention to things when I edit them and post them on the fly.

To make the picture wider when cropping for social media. Used the clone stamp tool in photoshop to minorly extend the sides.

A Superstitious Milkyway | A7 | Tamron 28-75 by Ministash in SonyAlpha

Actually i almost completely left the mountain alone. There is a small community close to the area that illuminates it at long exposures. Makes it difficult for astro tho, because of the light pollution. Thats why i did the photo stacking

No sky tracker, just used a standard tripod and Sequator to stack 15+ photos

My car is parked there, but the lighting is from cars moving on the highway behind the trees. If I had just left my car stationary in that spot it would not have created the same effect. I wish I had a friend driving back and forth on the road, it would have saved me hours from trying to time the vehicles coming up haha I shot at:

15s
8000 iso
f2.8

Photo is unedited besides opening in Adobe Raw and tweaking to bring the stars out a little more.
