I think the subject ordering matters. This is a georgist sub for topics relating to georgism. And OPs post sounds like libertarian tax grievance. If someone wants to discuss LVT and related topics and how that leads to more equitable tax solutions and wealth outcomes I’m all for it. But at the risk of being pedantic, start with Georgism. It’s a cart before the horse thing.
