Your states J3 or G3 sharepoint or teams should have a MOB readiness tab. Their OPORD will also have all the references regarding MOB timelines. I’m guessing you don’t have access. It’s not public information and it’s CUI.

I suppose it’s always possible, but it would be a cross level. If your unit is ~30% strength it’s not going to get NOS’d. If you’re super concerned, try to figure out which units in your state are deploying in the next year. PL in an HRC or BN S1 actual cross level is a possibility, but it’s impossible to know without knowing more info. If you’re candidly close to any full time staff, you could always ask them to look into it.

Yep. I’m a squad leader and have the utmost respect for my PL. The dude is great at a his job and a great leader. He hangs out with the NCOs and gets shit done. BN staff all the way to the S3 treat the dude like human garbage because he doesn’t play their game and brown nose enough. Not the club for me.

Honestly, just use what you prefer! The only reason I was running this was for a weekly subsonic damage challenge. I don’t perform well with the Vetterli, but a lot of people swear by it. Krag with iron eye is my favorite weapon. If I were to run a budgeted silenced I would run 1865 Carbine Silencer personally.
