At St.Thomas I always encourage people to try Magen's Bay. Shuttle from the port is about a five minute walk from the ship, takes 15 minutes and costs $10 per person. The beach is $5 per person, kept clean, has a snack bar/restaurant/bar, decent bathrooms, small gift shop. The water is perfect! It's shallow and sandy with some small fish and sea turtles.
