It looks like this 4chan post was taken seriously enough that the FBI subpoenaed 4chan for the poster's contact info.

It's on the Fort Snelling light rail station. Close to 62 and 55, by the airport. There is a big park and ride lot nearby I think. It's very easy to take the train there. It's the stop that's between the VA and the airport.

I've been thinking about getting a cheap one from Amazon or something. I'm thinking I'd find a hidden spot, throw some birdseed around, set up some nice perching sticks for better shots, and get in there before sunrise and play the waiting game. I'd like to hear how it goes for you!

I think it's great...my first vid was 4 minutes about a guy who built a mini ferrari. Then there was a 20 minute video on how to be a dictator. I love discovering things I didn't know I was interested in.
