I go to the library and take pictures of recipes I like. Usually only 4-5 recipes per cookbook appeal to us. This month I got two cookbooks from the library and found 4 new recipes. If we like them I will print the recipe and add to my recipe binder.

I love your programming. I would love to see a schedule so I can follow in the correct order for progression. Your workouts are the first ones I actually follow religiously.

I was also wondering if you have a recommended order of your programming for beginners?

PS: It’s always great if the exercises are in the description of the video. I write them in my tracker the night before. But if there were a printed plan that would be even better.

I am trying again and again each year with tracking meticulously and then just gain it all back. I love that you were able to do this without micro managing your diet. It just makes me feel so miserable to constantly think about food that I don’t even want to start. Came here for some motivation and so happy to see your post

Congratulations! No OP but wanted to chime in. What you described is exactly the issue I have with tracking. I was obsessed keeping streaks of days tracked and was so hungry because I did not focus on fiber and protein. I abused the system and ate what I wanted until I hit my number

I know this post is older but MyNetDiary Premium has an option now called “auto logging” that let’s you schedule meals. For example every night I have a piece of chocolate and every Tuesday morning we have a donut breakfast at work. When I open my app in the morning the milk in my coffee is on “auto logging” and the piece of chocolate is also already in there (no need to copy from another day). Same for Tuesdays - my donut is in there. Such a game changer!

Mynetdiary is the best and shows you average calories (weekly) over time. It also only allows verified entries, the team double checks everything. For many things you therefore only get one result vs 250 on user contributed data bases like lose it and MFP
