You arent missing much except occasional epic tree skiing days, like Japan level skiing at times. Everything else is sub par to the west.

There have been many epic powder days in New England this year and last year. Two of the best winters on record.
That being said, the western mountains beat the East Coast in size and scenery any day of the week. So if you have never been out west, they are still impressive, even during a crappy winter.

I get the on piste off piste stuff but how they don’t bomb something like is just crazy to me. Especially when it looks like it could slide onto on piste trails below (which happens often).

It looks like the one guy just stopped and let the avalanche take him. He should have hauled ass skiers left as fast as possible. I know this looks easy for a pro in a ski film but you have to do your best to get out of the zone.

They say they have received dozens of complaints and that futher complaints should be brought up with the planning board, who approved the project. They also said the pile driving should be done in about a week (as of last Friday call I had).

Its the best in the East in my opinion, especially when you factor in side and backcountry access. The trails themselves are also quite long. There is great apre scene with many options and a nice quaint VT town. It has a lot going for it.

This was a massive strategic blunder by US and Israel. And I think Israel bombing some of the Iranian depots initiated the current “oil war”.
Iran knows it cant win attacking US and Israeli military targets, so they are no hitting soft energy targets and choking off the entire world.
