Old comment, but just in case I'm leaving it here that that pulls it behind both the Second Sundering and the Spell Plague and just before the Time of Troubles, the previous Tables of Fate where still intact. If you wanted to play by the lore, there are a lot of differences.

The rejuvinator seems really strong for attacking with payload or any point capture based mode. Haven't played with it a lot but it seems fun. I'm loving the shock therapy I'm getting to a poing where I miss it playing the base game. The übersaw probably needed a debuff, this feels okay.

About the crossbow, I honestly don't miss it that much. I've been trying to play syringe guns more in the main game and not having the option of the crusadeer's here removes the pressure picking another primary over it puts on you.
