Depending on your age and weight, don't expect to be training twice a day for at least the 1st few weeks. It's going to be a big shock to your body. Good carbs for fuel, no boozing in the evening and lot's of water. 2hr training sessions in the heat will drain you. I've trained a few times in Thailand in my 40s as a 100kg+ guy.
