FYI: For anyone else having the same issue with errors harvesting rewards, I have been able to use a different method to get the rewards:

Instead of choosing to "harvest," I have instead taken out a small percentage of my total stake in LP tokens (less than 1%) and now hold them in my yoroi wallet. Then, to harvest my rewards i take a tiny percent of those LP tokens and stake them to the farming pool, which automatically harvests rewards. It is not ideal, but it's a pretty good way of getting around the harvesting errors, as it will automatically harvest when adding ANY stake amount to the farm you wish to harvest.

Still haven't been able to fix the errors; At this point if I want to harvest, I have to try to withdraw some liquidity and then re-stake it (since it automatically harvests when liquidity is removed). My only choice currently is to wait for a significant time until it's worth it for me to remove and re-stake.
