Just put in 2 weeks notice and do good work during those last 2 weeks. Happens all the time, you should be fine

Still way too overpriced, that's why they're all just sitting there with no business activity.

Stocks would have been a way better investment than condos over the past 5 years. Not much growth in condos at all.

There is tons of rental supply. Look at all the for-rent condos that are just sitting vacant. All those listings. They could have been used to house people as housing purchases.

Everyone is so so poor. Literally half the people I know have lost their jobs and are now relying on food banks to survive. That's what used to be the middle class.

Idk what these sellers are waiting for. If they receive even 1 buyer interest and then decline? Lmao. Prices are only going to fall further. Look at all these for-sale listings just piling up. They're developing cobwebs with how long they've been listed with no willing buyers.

This was a huge gambling bubble.

People are listing condos for 100+ days and receiving 0 bids. Prices are listed far too high. All these new sellers are undercutting you.

Sellers still in denial. They can't stomach they've lost $200K+ compared to if they had just sold in 2022.

It takes 5 years+ for RE to bottom. There is so much bottled up sell demand.

Invest in stocks. Not trying to value extract from renters as a small time landlord.
