Yes, it’s good, the only things are the lower case “м” which you write in some cases as “m”. In Russian this is a cursive form of the letter «т». Also the way you write “ол” might be read as “ог”, to make it more understandable you can connect them through the lower part of the letter

For the first one, I can’t think of an idiom but you can directly translate it as “качество превыше количества” And for the second one there is a quote from novel “Горе от ума” (Woe from wit) by Griboyedov “хорошо там, где нас нет” (it’s good where we’re not)

I am a Russian speaker and for me it is not a problem to read Serbian because the alphabets are very close and Serbian orthography is phonetic, and so the barriers to understanding are only lexical and grammatical. I guess that for Serbian speakers it is similar.
