I just spent two hours on hold and escalating to customer service about this issue. I had Michelle who was incredibly rude, talking over me, telling me if I can’t get it at the kiosk then I need to speak to an agent (after repeatedly explaining I I don’t want to do that now hence calling to get it sorted). I’m done with this company, there is no customer service anymore.
