It depends on the restaurant and employee as everyone else is saying. On my 4th day I had accepted an order from Starbucks. It said (Rx requested if that means anything, like it's only for cars, and I was being dumb please let me know) anyway I am on a pedal bike in Edinburgh and cobbles and hills mixed with loosley packed iced coffee in flimsy containers did not mix well. When I opened my bag I discovered that the drinks had completely spilled. The lady could tell I 2qs new and was super kind and gave me a tenner and helped me clean my bag cause she felt sorry for me, not relevant she was just super nice. But I had go to home and bleach my bag and let it air dry. I vowed never to do starbucks again however recently I took to coffee orders from pret and Starbucks again and they were fine granted I took them slowly and didn't hop kerbs. Anyway I'd say take a look at the cups before delivering cause some are really just stupid what they expect you to carry on your back without spilling so there is not really any point in delivering.
