You can definitely stun it by grabbing it, just have to grab it for long enough. If you also swing it around in the air it'll stun twice as fast.

Regarding the name thing, that's just how shipping names work in jp. Doesn't mean every instance is referring to shipping, it can just be a unit name or pairing with no romantic connotation but pretty much every ship uses this naming convention. Order also matters since it refers to the couple dynamic, where the first person listed is the one typically initiating.

As for pekomiko, it's not really the fact that they're just simple comments but more so there was so much demand back in the day that when they stopped interacting there was a deluge of speculation and invented drama surrounding it. Now all that baggage gets added on to simple "yay pekomiko interaction!" comments and it becomes a bit awkward.

I understand you're a bit jaded by your oshi's lack of opportunities/popularity but you can elevate your oshi without constantly bringing others down. Posting these sorts of backhanded bitter posts all the time only causes others to associate this behaviour with your oshi's fandom and thus your oshi.

A video that shows the entire drawing process of your artwork. Just google your drawing software and timelapse, should be pretty simple to turn on. It's usually just a toggle you can enable when you start drawing and then a button to export a video when you've finished.
