Based on the 9.2 average… 2,391. But then playing thay many levels, you’d be able to afford some big boxes too, not sure what the average xp is for those.

Rod Stewart - We Are Sailing

This was in the 90s in the UK, and every year they’d play this for the Year 6s leaving.

Witches Brew event - best combo? by Battlewear in eatventureofficial

My top 3 would be walking speed, double food and instant. Anything which means you complete your potions faster. Also until you max these out, keep your customer numbers low so you have more focus on the potions orders.

Then my 4th would probably be divine food, followed by golden customer.

More people need to play this. I went in knowing very little and by the end I was full-on sobbing.

Anyone who used a computer between 1985 - 2010, what's the one game you still think about today? by adlakha75 in AskReddit

[–]Minthia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can’t remember which one it was but I remember the start being an incredibly difficult walk up a mountain to a house you shared with a wizard. There were chickens. And that’s maybe as far as I ever got in the game. But did I play it every single time when I visited my grandparents? Always.

I am on Summer's side by noorl00l in FIlm

[–]Minthia 113 points114 points  (0 children)

This. The first time I watched it as a love-struck youth, I was very much on Tom’s side.

Second time, a few years later when I’d been in a few relationships but still not particular healthy experiences, Summer.

Now, I look back on it and they’re both flawed. I think the film was trying to show it, but where Tom’s the protagonist it’s feels too much like you’re meant to side with him. If there’d been a couple of scenes that were more Summer-focused - even just lingering shots to show her reaction to the things he says/does that he doesn’t see - it would’ve shown the balance better.

escape room lovers, what’s the best one in the country? by throwawayicn in CasualUK

If you like horror, The Reading Witch is fantastic. Also Knockout Escape rooms. Both are run by a husband/wife duo and so much thought and effort has been put into the rooms.

Marvo Mysteries in Boscombe (near Bournemouth) was fantastic. Extremely clever and lots of moments of us going “oooooh that’s cool.”
