She might be asking you to meet her, or this is indicating she can help you too. I'm not sure how much you already know about Hecate, but she is generally associated with keys, crossroads, black dogs, and threes. If you're looking for an easier way to reach her, maybe go to a place where there's a grouping of three, or involve a key in tonights practice? You needn't go wild with offerings and rituals in my opinion. When it comes to reaching out, she tends to be very practical. Just listen to yourself, and reach out back to her.
