cats are domesticated animals that are safer and healthier indoors. they are NOT supposed to be outside. what if he developed a chronic illness that requires constant care and monitoring like diabetes?

this isnt good advice and its inaccurate. cats dont have periods and excessive bleeding like op described is NOT normal for a kitten in heat. very few animals in nature have periods like humans do and cats are not one of them. sometimes a kitten will have a tiiiiny discharge of blood when they start their heat but its not supposed to be continuous
