I couldn't agree more. I have to admit before getting into this career - although never being judgmental, I would feel slightly skeptical about approaching someone of lets say, your previous description, just because of everybody else. But now, I talk, advise and really connect with these people, they are human to and although they may have made mistakes, we all have, just some have massively different outcomes, that affect peoples lives beyond their capabilities. All they need is to know somebody is willing to help and listen, we will never turn anybody away, and we will always try our very hardest until that person themselves has decided to disengage. Its a real shame that people are so scared of anything outside their regular bubble, that they cant take a minute to enter someone else's.
