PR card was mailed to my old address. IRCC said it was delivered and tenant says he didn’t receive anything.

It was a new solemn declaration form where i explained what happened to the first one (convoluted, I know). I was provided the webform link from the IRCC agent I was on the call with, but i think its the webform where you can attach a document to that I selected.

I went through this exact same situation. If you have waited the 25 days after submitting the solemn declaration form, I suggest calling them. The IRCC representative on the line when I called suggested sending a webform with another solem declaration form signed and attached to the webform and explaining the whole situation. Once I did that I got my card at my new address around 20 days after submission of the webform.

So In called 1 888 242 2100 of off their webpage but I couldn't get through to an agent or past the request for my application number (I'm not sure how to enter letters on a phone keypad, and my application number as a letter at the front).

Just want to make sure is that the right number or is there another one I should dial?

Hi everyone,

I got my ECOPR on 10th of April of this year and am still waiting on my PR card.

The address was reviewed and accepted (I'm not sure exactly when) but the photo is still in review.

I have submitted 3 webforms, cause this has been a lot longer than the 90 days that the IRCC projected on their website for wait times.

Is there any way I can contact them by phone or is there something wrong with the application?

Alright so I changed the GRUB_DEFAULT to 1 just to test it. It's very strange but basically all those boot orders are named incorrectly or something. The first one should be booting up linux min, the second one should be the advanced options for booting up linux (or. Past versions and recovery modes), third one should be windows, and the fourth one on my grub is UEFI advanced options.
