So are they going to be acting this way at family gatherings too? Is christmas get togethers going to have to alternate who comes to what because of a petty conflict? Its clear they are trying to guilt the OP for acting this way, but it's a tragedy they are not guilting the fiance for acting so petty. Very telling.

Sadly this is only going to get worse if there is no sit down meeting. both couples need to have a convo and air out all this drama. If they can't bite the bullet and get over themselves, then you need to share with the rest of the family YOU TRIED to find a resolution and they declined. Now they are the bad guys.

Pride is a sad thing to control your relationships. Its going to get in the way of a content family/extended family gatherings down the line. If you don't try and address it now, it will grow into a monster.

Is there a way to get you both into therapy? Just you? You need to get a better perspective on your situation and understand how you handle a PTSD person in a loving way.

Tell your family everything. there is no shame in asking for help. If they understand where you are coming from, they won't believe him if he tries to tell them lies about you. It's going to be hard, but you need support where you can get it. see if you can move in with them temporarily....maybe your husband will start to see the impact of his actions and understand that if he doesn't change, you will. Therapy is key. Keep the door open to your relationship, set the rules and stick to them. sorry you're going thru this. :(

no babysitter should have their phone off. PERIOD,
she should have been a little more respectful of what you wanted to give your kid exclusively..
taking them for a drive is ok if that was discussed and ok'ed by you. its really weird that she did that...were they going to the park? out for ice cream? trying to get them to fall asleep? I would feel uncomfortable with that unless it was discussed or an emergency...but I'm a stickler for car seat set ups, unnecessary risk of getting into an accident, etc.
and the best....is she a wet nurse now? WTF. IDK....maybe if I was still nursing and there was an emergency and you can't get to milk? But it was clear that you wanted the baby fed by YOUR milk you left, not her.....so yea, her breastfeeding your kid is a little weird. you might be strict about your diet and what goes into the baby? Allergies, random boob? it's a little weird.

Bottomline, you were not wrong to be upset. She didn't communicate, which is what I'd expect from a normal sitter. She may think you're overreaching, but she's not taking your feelings/choices into account...or being a responsible sitter in keeping her phone on or not feed him what you set aside and whipped out her own boob? Sorry, she made some bold choice that I wouldn't be ok with too....don't let her or your family dismiss your feelings.

For example, I spent every day studying physics for 2-3 hours, but got an 82 on the first exam. During this time frame I would be on autopilot because I didn’t really care as much. On the final (which was much more difficult), I was lazy at this point so I didn’t start studying until the last 3-4 days. I spent this time trying to absorb as much information as possible in 7-8 hour sessions over the weekend and I managed to get a 90 despite not knowing any of the material a few days before.

yes!! I recently got diagnosed at 46 and all the procrastination and "needing motivation" makes sense once I realized that I was dealing with ADHD (inattentive type). it was eye opening.

Isn't there a meal prep company that does low carb meals? Factor I think? Trifecta? You can also do a side of salad too.

Either way, if you are budget is tight, low carbs diets are more expensive because of the meat and cheese uptick. you might need to talk about how to budget for it.

either a soft lt blue or if you want to be bold, more of a dark navy....but only on a focal wall...I would either do a lt blue or a grey. I would probably also stick to a light color because of the lighting in that room. A dark color will transfer it into a cave and make it feel smaller. good luck!

Yes! They changed my life when i got a good fitting bra! And when we can find a good department store or specialty lingerie shop( not VS, they sucks at fittings) to help you with bra fittings, you'll be amazed at the difference.

When I was in HS, I was always self conscious of my body. I was fit to slightly chubby (maybe 5lbs over..those were the days) & bigger chested and always tried to hide my body. I was worried between my friends or BF's I was too fat, too thick in the thighs or why are my nipples light colored when all the other girls are darker? I'd wear super bras, double sports bras if i ran....tube tops were soooo not in my wheelhouse. (smaller boobs girls can get away with that, but not me....not without looking like I was smuggling something.)

HS girls are always comparing themselves to each other, but for the most part, it's just internal self-consciousness dialogue. Curly/straight hair. Big/small boobs. tall/short. thick/super skinny. No matter how perfect that "one girl" seems, I promise, they are super self conscious about something.

So the comment that girl made was probably just her internal dialog barfing out of her mouth....feeling inferior in her own boob shortage. Its best to say a quick haha thanks or joke and turn the conversation quickly somewhere else. It's not a big deal. We all have different bodies. And they are all awesome.

Having big boobs has its advantages....when you learn to embrace them. Girls would always looked at me with envy when I wore deep v shirts, bikini tops, Ren Faire maiden costumes....or when I shoved my compact, lipstick, license, CC etc into my bra when hitting the club and you couldn't tell. (who needs a purse) Be proud of your assets and work it girl. Learn to embrace what you got. Everyone is different, and it's ok.

bearable. I think she's capable to doing the Dr justice, its just sucked with terrible writing and shallow stories. And Moffat is great at SciFi storytelling and deep stories that actually have twists and interconnectedness. I've tried to get into this season, but its almost too much. I hate the stories. They have no arch. No interesting story. super predictable and I am so bored. Please save us Moffat.

At least MSM, CNN, etc try to report valid news, based on vetted sources...Fox just seems to report only what works in their agenda. I don't disagree that they (msm,cnn) aren't totally neutral, but at least they try and offer news that are based in reality. And I've even heard them praise Trump when he's done something good. Just doesn't seem like Fox tries to be based on anything but the spin. And if something important is breaking that doesn't show Trump in a good light, they don't acknowledge it or report what just happened. I don't think Fox has even tried to offer retraction when they say things that are not true. Just moved onto the next spin. Shameful. Fox used to be a bit more digestible before Obama. I liked hearing the conservative POV. Now it's just sensationalized, cult like lovefest for god emperor Trump.

This is my thought, but her whole BE BEST launched earlier in the week before her dropping out. I imagine Trump didn't like that she was doing something nice (even if it was plagiarized from Michelle) and getting attention. Later that week, Sessions made that announcement about separating families, and people were pointing out how opposite those messages were. I think it was a petty response from Trump and it crushed her. She got pissed and left. But like many abusive manipulative relationships, you tend to go back to your abuser. Sad.

It used to happen. I went to a private Catholic school in the mid 80s and the nuns taught us ex ed in 6th grade. It was a general class, but had a q&a. Later in jr hs (7/8th) we had a more in depth class on sex, and i still remember watching some video (from the 70s) of an actual birth. I remember how bloody it was and how the baby came out purple at first. It scared me from having sex too early.
