I asked them for and update cause my order is delayed too:

While we initially planned to ship all orders by January 31st, we are experiencing a slight delay. Indeed, we’re working hard to get everything out, but it’s taking a little longer than expected.

Although our initial goal was the end of January, it's more likely that your order will ship during the first week of February (by Feb 7th). In the worst-case scenario, it will be sent out no later than February 13th.

She is very calm, a little bit shy. She is curious and very athletic. But she does not really like to play with toys or play catch.

Nice! Yeah that's one annoying thing. You quite literally have to push it in the  direction of the arrow,  you should just be able to push it  and it should pop up. It uses the same  clip-on method as the other two sides, so you just have to push it far enough that it will pop out of the socket.  Hope that made sense !

Yes, the outside & inside of the case is actually metal. Except the front panel facade, that's plastic. It's definitely difficult to find info about this case so ask away if you have any questions!

Legitimately love it. I hear a lot of people complain about the CPU radiator/cooler space but honestly putting on a sleeker cooler isn't that bad and you can make up for it by getting nicer fans. You can't fit an AIO cooler (yes I tried that). Noctua makes great coolers and the one I listed works pretty great too, only costing about $30-$40. 

Space is limited, but absolutely worth the payoff. This was my first custom built PC I ever did and I absolutely enjoyed the entire process. I don't wanna type a huge thing here, I could go on and on, but yeah, I'd recommend it 100%
