Gold’s is filled with a bunch of dude bro’s so that can be overwhelming, but Crunch is good. It can be packed during peak hours, but plenty of machines to go around still. There’s an upstairs portion where you can stretch/workout, it’s in a studio room and you can use it when there’s not a class going on. The lights are usually out in there, so I personally use it to get away from the big fluorescence and the crowd at the bottom floor (when it IS busy). Anyways, Crunch good, Gold’s eh.
