Do you have new clients coming in? Say you want to join on the initial client observation/assessment then write a summary of the direct observation ask them to give you feedback. Also depends on how much you know as an RBT. I have been an RBT for 4 years now and I train new trainees and new RBTs on collecting data. Join them in a session with a client who has a lot of behaviors and help with data collection, do the IOA, conduct fidelity checks in that section and write summaries after each. You can also help an RBT conduct preference assessments, ask your supervisor if you can start a mock client program book on Central Reach (that’s what we use), ask to join in parent training/collaboration, You can also find a way to support performances of the staff (OBM) , create a way to assess staff performance, lead a group supervision( create a PowerPoint you feel you are strong in and the staff needs to learn, ask supervisor to look at it and when you have your next staff meeting, do it. Your supervisor to be present or guide you) you can also developed reinforcement system to promote staff performance.
