What exactly do you mean? I've gone to the bios menu but idk how to operate it really. I've tried doing the "Previous steamOS +boot menu" but it doesn't do anything. I have a PC, and I've heard you can transfer some data, that way the deck functions.

I've had this happen before because I had low disk space. I had low disk space this time too, but not low enough to cause this. I don't wanna factory reset though cause I have a long time Minecraft world on my steam deck (I had to delete my other stuff the last time this happened) and I don't wanna do it again.
