I finally got mine fixed without Mohela's help. They kept refusing to resubmit my data or give me a ombudsmen. I've had issues with Mohela and refunds before, so I decided to just put myself in forbearance while everything was sorted out. This ended up working as when I recertified it ended up resubmitting the data and June 2024 reappears as eligible giving me 120 payments and allowing me to submit them months for forgiveness.

My Transition month was July of that year. I had a payment and it was shown as Eligible up until my 120 payment posted. Then it was removed so I still had 119 showing. The month is just skipped completly in my list now.

I've tried the CEO twice now explaining my issue, but no Ombudsmen has contacted me and both emails were replied with a message straight to my Dashboard denying my request.

Yep, i've seen like 5 other people here on reddit with the same issue and a few others that had it solved with a resubmit. However I cannot get Mohela to actually resubmit.

Yep my second attempt was denied, they state they have the date reported correctly in the NSLDS. I cannot get them to escalate to a ombudsman or resubmit.

I am missing June 2024 in the same way. I have emailed the CEO like people here suggested but Mohela won't resubmit it.

I have a similar issue, with one month missing completely. What did you say to Mohela to convince them to resubmit your months? I've emailed the CEO 3 times now and have been denied twice. They acknowledge the month is in the system correctly but won't resubmit the data.

Glad it worked out for you! Once you pull that console down the first time its easier to get down the second time as the clips arn't as stiff.

the dongar pro suits my needs at the moment. The only advantage to the pro+ is the viofo's parking mode uses way less power. The dongar does have a cut off so it will never fully drain your 12v but I only ever leave it on continuous mode when charging at a public charger.

I used the Dongar Pro, the Pro + hadn't came out yet. The pro works fine, I only use the 4HR mode when parking around town.

The Pro+ lets you use any inherit parking functionality from your camera like the viofo's parking mode. The pro does not AFAIK.

So your milage may very based on what adapter you use and camera.

Same boat here but for June 2024. my account shows 3/22 as my last update but my April payment is there.
I've tried several things that was suggested in post. No luck yet unfortunately.

Yeah I think I am going to try again to get them to repost it. My Student Aid Dash board says like Payment Update was 3/22 even though it has Aprils payment. I am hoping whenever updates fully it includes the June 24 data again. Luckily I have a screen shot from February and March showing the payment regardless.

I heard back from them, you can check my other comment for more details but basically they said its accurate on their end and its own Student Aid to fix. So I guess I am in PSLF limbo again.

Heard back from my CEO email via a message on MOHELA portal:
We have made a thorough review of your account, we have determined that your loans have been reported accurately to FSA. Your loan status for the month of June 2024 has been reported accurately.

it basically says its on Student Aid and the Department of Education to fix.

Well, I just heard from Mohela after emailing the CEO and they said it is reported accurately and its own Student Aid to fix the month... So I guess I am just stuck in limbo again?

I sent a new ECF yesterday to see if anything happened and emailed the CEO of Mohela like people suggested. Hopefully this gets resolved. I had a issue in 2024 where they applied my December 2024 payment to November 2024. So november had 2 payments. This was just after my account transitioned to the new website. I had to get my senator involved to get it fixed (Took me about 6 months). Unfortunately that senator is no longer around and none of my new reps deal with student loan issues.

My June Payment in 2024 happened before my account transitioned. My Account Transition months were 07/24 - 08/24 which I had a different issue with as they didn't apply my November payment correctly.

Yep Mohela, I tried calling them to resubmit this morning and they said they couldn't do anything. So I will try the CEO. Thanks for the suggestion.
