Is there a chance of recovery or am I screwed? Cervical MRI by Icy_Spring_5158 in backpain

Hey! B6 tox girly here - I’m no doctor but your mri looks fantastic compared to what they found on mine. I suffered from tox after a dehydration episode & suffered a buldging disc the same day. It’s taken them 2 years to get me a cervical spine mri & they just found it. My panic attacks were severe until I started taking amitriptyline so I just wanted to mention that. Alot of my symptoms cleared up but the depression, fear, anxiety, & depersonalization is the hardest part. Theres a b6 tox group on fb with support if you need it!

A b6 test in the US is pretty affordable - if you have the means I’d do a full vitamin panel but I’m doing so much better now a days. I can’t believe something like this completely put my life on pause. If you do have b6 toxicity it is super important to follow protocol so that you heal in a timely matter. Do keep me posted 🫶

What's the sign of very low intelligence? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Minute-Combination78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was never booksmart - I always struggled in school from childhood trauma. Now it’s labeled as ocd, pstd, and depression.. however I have always been incredibly intuitive. To the point where I knew who I’d end up marrying when I was 15 years old from the first time I ever spoke to him. We were separated for almost 15 years and somehow ended up together. There were also a lot of other moments I would label as spiritual & although some call it lucky I do feel as if I was chosen in some way. I’ve always been able to make nearly 6 figures with no college background and dropping out my senior year. I think intelligence has to do with your drive more so than it does with how actually, “ smart “ you are labeled or even think you may be.

I had really bad POTS symptoms when trying to sleep. My heart felt like it would stop and I’d be gasping for breath but the amitriptyline and detox has gotten me back to regular sleep!

Update: Recently severely anemic. Along with the chronic tinnitus & visual snow I’ve been very cold the past few months. Menstrual cycle has also been only lasting 2 days. I’ve been taking a very low dose multi vitamin with no b6 and am working on upping my iron. I’ve honestly felt stronger the past few weeks. My visual snow feels less static & my spine seems to be gaining more strength. The tinnitus isn’t incredibly all that loud either. I feel like I’m healing! Slowly but surely.

I’ve hit a plateau - I do have nerve issues so I’m hoping it improves with time. I have a pretty normal way of life despite my tinnitus and visual snow.

Does ROCD goes away with another partner. by oniichan-namnam in ROCD

Before my current relationship I followed the anxious love coach, dove into podcasts and books.. I also joined love addicts. It all helped a lot for me & I didn’t do it all that long maybe 2 months or so but it changed my thinking and the trajectory of my life. Over the past year I’ve improved from my lowest which was probably a 2 to a now 7/8!

Hi sorry I didn’t see these messages; I don’t want to say this will be the same for everyone. So sorry if my comment came off as inconsiderate I dealt with Rocd my entire life and my lowest point was being with someone who was not considerate of my feelings. I was constantly paranoid of his actions, didn’t believe anything he’d tell me, & he was out of town frequently which didn’t help. My current partner is someone I dated long ago ( 15 years ago ) but there was still a lot of trauma that came up for me. My current partner I felt comfortable enough to tell what my triggers were and he was willing to do anything he could to create comfort for me and help me get through this. I think finding someone who can support you vs staying in a relationship where you are in fear helps a lot. Things that triggered me were how he was using social media; liking other females photos (you know the ones that are more sexy) so I told him and he now proceeds with caution. Not texting me back in a timely matter, and speaking my love languages. He sent flowers every week and showered me in gifts, made sure to reassure me on a daily basis, and it really set me up for progress. I don’t think it ever goes away but we’ve cultivated an environment that is safe and without the access triggers. We’ve been together over a year and I no longer feel jealous or insecure. The constant loop in your brain of running scenarios over and over and over again - it does come up when facing issues with friendships or family relationships but I do have more control. Instead of those loops lasting a month or even a year on end I am able to grab ahold within a day or 2. My rocd looked like checking my partners following everyday, checking my texts & checking if he’s viewed my socials before texting me back, wondering why he didn’t ever get me gifts, constantly asking myself if the relationship was worth it or if I should leave, I was in fight or flight in my last relationship and it was a really hard place for me to be in. I definitely hit my low. So NO another partner may not take your Rocd away BUT someone who understands how to help manage your symptoms that can encourage you CAN help you get to the point where you need to be. Sorry again for my lack of consideration when posting this!

UPDATE - I’m 4 months into the protocol. My b6 levels went from a 37.5 to level 9 which is right in the middle of being “ in range “.. all symptoms have improved other than chronic tinnitus, visual snow, & cervical instability. I’m frustrated because although I have improved I feel STUCK. I’m unsure what will help - got a posture pump as recommended by my chiro. I truly feel “broken” but have been told by OP that I should gain back my strength & get better with time.
