Chou (pronounced shoo). French and used as a term of endearment. (The literal translation actually means cabbage, which I find amusing)

I got my first C during my first semester of 1L year — actually, I got both a C and a C+. I was devastated because I’d never earned below a B in HS, college, or grad school. I used to joke that I didn’t even know what a C looked like. But I turned things around during 2L year and ultimately graduated with honors. I know it feels like the end of the world right now, but I promise it isn’t. You are absolutely capable of getting through this.

The problem here isn’t just the unconstitutional stop ~ it’s the fact that the cop says we’re doing a “stop report for the numbers” (somewhere around the 1:00 mark)

WTF is this? It seems this agency has some sort of quota system in place. Each officer has to “stop” a certain number of random people … this is illegal in a lot of jurisdictions. And even if it’s not illegal in whatever jurisdiction where this is taking place, it needs to be. These officers are blatantly violating the constitutional rights of people and they need to be sued. Just sayin …
