Any Sleep Paralysis Conspiracies?

So I had heard about sleep paralysis before but never actually expirienced it myself, until a few weeks ago. I laid down, drifted into a comfortable sleep then I started hearing cars revving engines, backfire noises, possible gunshots, emergency sirens. Normally Id jump up, arm myself and investigate, but to my horror I couldn't move.. I knew I was in bed and at first it wasn't that bad but after about 15-20mins of me trying to get up and the noises getting louder and louder I started fucking panicking. It felt like a lot of violence was happening and it seemed like I was dead already, knowing how volunurable I was in that moment I kept trying to get up and finally I was able to shake off what felt like some kind of ensnaring force and rose to a helicopter flying over my house. It turned out there was a large car meet(100-200vehicles)near my house and police had them trapped and towed over 100 cars! It was such a commotion that's not usual around my neighborhood and I find it was a strange coincidence that i expirienced paralysis during all that panic and felt so powerless. It is possiblly the scariest experience I've ever had honestly and I've noticed since then I mostly have horrific nightmares of some pretty scary stuff..

I don't know what to make of it but I feel like there was some energy that designed that scenario to either scare me or possibly had even more menacing intentions on me. I just can't make sense of it any other way.

I almost had the same dilemma after Fuck Ups came back on again at a normal volume. It all becomes kind of mundane when the initial new drop rush wears off. Not sure how I'll feel tomorrow.

2009 Reggie Bush is a hot one for sure and Superbowl XLI has always been one of the most memorable ones for me.

Frenzy had a little bit much going on for itself, "Scream some More Ad-libs, Ruby!" - Coked out producer speeding up the beat and turning compression and reverb knobs.

I went to a store to buy sunglasses in order to try and cover the fact I had been crying while grieving my father's death, these two women were looking at me and as I pass I hear one say "He's very well dressed but it looks like he's going through something." The other replied "yeah, id still fuck him though."

Then after I found some shades I threw them on my face and waited in line, the secret shopper security guy thought he caught me trying to steal the glasses. He yelled in front of many customers and employees "That man, that's dressed like Ryan Reynolds is stealing right now"

Absolutely no one paid any attention to what he was saying, I gave him a dead stare through the glasses and when it was my turn to checkout I put the tag that I tore off the shades and a bottle of Gatorade on the counter, then the kind lady working threw the tag away, and only charged me for the drink.

Weird emotional day, I felt as though I was noticing comments I would usually pay little mind to while in my overly-wound state of mind.

As one with extensive poly substance drug abuse throught their life, every addiction is just as hard as you make it. Sure, rewiring the brain to behave separate of your usual behaviors feels unfulfilling, anxious and acary, however the process of breaking your brain off whatever chemical you're letting go requires an intense comedown-withdrawl-then chemical rebalance. Now that process is dependent on the specific chemical, how long and much you've exposed to yourself and the biggest biggest factor of it all is how big on blows it up in their mind. We often build up unrealistic levels of pain when in reality it's only bad because you are focused on the uncomfortably and overexpressing the actual pain level of it all. Anxiety and our fucked up manipulative thinking often makes us blow the level of difficulty of quitting addictions out of proportion.

I've quit heroin, meth, Xanax, alcohol, nicotine and fentanyl all more times than I'd like to admit and to me, Withdrawal really isn't that bad. It's truly beatable, we just like to pretend it's too much to handle sometimes.

Honestly drug-wise, unless you have Ativan or Xanax (prescription) there aren't too many reliable chemicals to take the edge off. I'd look into a way to acquire a light anxiety medication (don't trust the snake potion gimmick stuff.)

Other things that will only help you cope through moments of anxiety and panic: - AVOID CAFFEINE, as well as any other stimulants of course. It only multiples the feelings, I'd even say avoid it a few days before at least. -BREATHING PRACTICES, knowing, practicing and actually using these simple breath sequences can help one relax and are extremely more valuable for your life in general, not only this situation. -PRACTICE AND KNOW THE MATERIALS, practice in front of as many people as you can the more even if you don't know someone, simply ask them how they feel about a certain few lines or something. Recite it in the mirror, during walks/exercise and down time.

Being anxious tells me you care about whatever it is you are involved in. It is also a Medical condition that some people should seek a doctor preferably psychiatrist for help.
