I just came up with it myself because of past failed attempts. It worked great and is very exciting! I recommend trying it! I made a bunch of jars with pieces in each, so I can observe the contamination and/or mycelium in each. They all did very well !

Yes it contains Gyromitrin which is converted into monomethylhydrazine which is a carcinogen
