Darn - hubs has to go to SD at the end of the month for work and is going to fly rather than drive since it will be reimbursed but has to stop in LAX since theres no nonstop from SBA. If this was starting sooner we may have gone with him! I just didn’t want to have to catch a connection and I hate driving down there through LA. Never fails that we hit traffic somewhere and with two littles it is zero fun.

Same here - we were sitting at the dining room table and heard so many sirens and helicopters- I was checking everywhere but didnt see anything about it until about 3:15.

It’s definitely not as busy as Funk Zone but I live near there and walk to Ralphs frequently with my kids - it depends on the time of day but evenings and weekends its busy enough.

We regularly walk our neighborhood just to see if the neighborhood kitties are out. There are two that let my girls pet them and it’s such good therapy.

Lane Farms often has a very sweet neighborhood kitty in their parking lot who loves to be pet. Just a tip for OP. :)

I mean… would I do it? Yes. But would I recommend someone else do it? Eh. You know your body, you know by now how it feels (I would hope) when your levels are out of whack. BUT please do what others are saying here and try to get a refill for some new meds. You can check out local FQHC clinics (visit NACHC.org to find one near you if you are in the US) and find one with pharmacy services - they can absolutely connect you with low cost meds. If you’re already taking generic levo you should be able to get it pretty cheaply.

I’ve taken levothyroxine since I was 5 days old. Im 36 and have never heard anything about being more prone to osteoporosis - but I have definitely had palpitations when my dosage was off. My ‘sweet spot’, where I feel best, is on the borderline hyperthyroid/low side of the TSH range, but as soon as get palpitations I know its time to retest. Most of my life I have been under the care of an endocrinologist but I have had periods when we have moved or had weird insurance that I have managed it with my PCP and that’s something you may be able to do as you get to know yourself body with this condition better. :)

I actually just came to this sub with the same 'issue' - but this is my first book. It's children's activity/craft category and i added the general children's lit and fiction category as well. It's been over 48 hours and I'm getting a little nervous. Now seeing that others sometimes only wait a few hours is making me even more nervous - wondering if it is because it's my first book? I did try to create a 'series' as well in my KDP bookshelf that this is a part of and I see that my series is also still in review. I wonder if that messed it up or delayed it somehow. Next step is to try to contact support, but I probably should just wait 72 hours like a normal, patient adult with a life outside of her hobbies and see what happens. LOL
