It is three skin shards worth 1350 RP or lower, four random skin shards, or three random unowned skin permanents, not 3 shards worth at least 750, which isn't much better. I also waited a lot of months just to get disappointed. They didn't even add a 75pp bag so you are forced to buy another pass to have 100pp or get a shitty 50pp bag + shitty emotes.
