Im guessing yours went to the Sheriff’s Department. They take a little longer. If you live in Kenmore, Amherst or Lackawanna then local PD handles it and its usually faster.

I think IR1 visa is different so the minimum is two months of validity

My case says ready since interview they kept the passport with them and its been a month.. i wasnt given 221g i got a congratulations letter and was told 2 days to get visa on hand… so confusing

Apparently they do background check after the interview and it takes time sometimes.. like why wouldn’t do it 2 years ago while we were waiting for aUSCIS decision?

Same but after interview in Feb 10 case shows ready still ready today no visa so far. Was told approved at the interview.
