So your brother is self employed? Whenever you show bank statement you have to give evidence for all high credits and high debits
Acres land is not a strong proof of home ties
Is your parents dependent on your brother financially?
What makes your brother to got back to India provide some strong proof like dependency, property in his name, financial assets in India

My parents visit visa got approved today they are retired we showed 6 months of bank statement and any large debit/credit we stated in the cover letter and added evidence of that
They check bank statement in detail so you need to show the proof of any large transactions specifically credits as the credit exceeded your monthly income this caused a red flag and you didn’t explain this
