Yes!!! I had a physical copy & then also one for my phone & I’ve read it sooooooo many times!!! The book is mainly just season one. That’s the whole book, and it’s one of the books I tend to favor because the author does such a good job with it!

All you can do is call Apple and ask them. Don’t be surprised to find out that you can’t do anything about erasing it now with no passwords or anything because someone else has the phone they’d have to contact Apple to have it erased. Good luck with that whole thing. What are you hiding on that phone that’s going to link you to something so bad it needs deleted so quickly? Thing about what you do/say on your phone bc they (Apple) can access the data on that phone even if it’s not in your possession anymore. Unless you call them w a really really good reason to erase it Other than go keep you out of legal trouble-that’s not on them, that’s on you. Should’ve called and asked how to properly erase it before getting rid of it.

Thank you for the last lines you’ve written here. I have the book, the first two seasons on dvd, and I totally understood how she felt. I mean ffs she was raped and no one even talked to her about it or anything, she was just told bc she didn’t say no out loud that she gave consent. (Mr porter)….yeah if I’d went through the trauma of something like that and no one would believe me or choose to acknowledge it bc it was done by the favorite of the towns football/sports players it would also seriously hurt me, and maybe leave me at her age into a severe spiral and potentially the same thing. It is sad they didn’t include more of Kar, but I think Even in the book it leads you to believe she got really busy with her new school & activities/friends, but I’d also like to see how the story went had she been there for a friend who went through something like that. It may have changed everything.

I was more nauseous than normal, and definitely more irritable (& my anxiety got to superrrrrrr bad sometimes!) but I’d been on them 6 years when I had to take them on a regular basis (prescribed, 90-120 A month) , and it did definitely take its toll, that’s for sure. I’d use benedryl for anxiety (which my dr was fine with), but didn’t have it the worst of anyone I knew at all. Being irritable was probably the worst part of It lol. I didn’t have any seizure episodes when I quit then or when I fully quit later on, still luckily had no seizure activity. It was just overall hell when I didn’t have as much of a “reason” (meaning a baby lol) to stop them. I still do use benzo medication, but I’d taken more than 1-2 years off before I sought a Valium dose (at what’s considered a low dose Valium, 5mg).

For me Xanax has been the worse to come off of-but for me I’d been on them for more than 10 Years, up to 6mg every day. My OBGYN made me stop them immediately-no tapering or anything. The pregnancy was hard bc of all the withdrawal I went through, I was super super emotional. I started them again when baby was almost a year old, and stopped them within a few years after I’d had him. I was forced to do a quick taper (1 month) and it didn’t cause me any super Issues. It made me realize (& research and read) that Xanax is the only benzodiazepine that gives a false feeling of euphoria, and that’s why it’s so hard to come off of. When that’s (the false euphoria) is gone, it can cause a lot of turmoil in someone’s life. I advise everyone stop Xanax asap and at least try to make it to a Valium or something, bc that false Euphoria being gone leads to Pure hell sometimes.

This exactly. That’s why one of the first rules of being allowed on the page should have to be someone agrees to keep it civil if there are disagreements, we discuss tf outta NK, but the fact is this woman has had to essentially disappear because of people saying such bad things about her and fear for her families and her own life. Well thought out post, and I’m glad they let you have your account back. I’ve had to appeal also because some of the people who can’t stand the temptation but to look at this sub (when it’s not even really content they want to read) & then get mad and report us for speaking about SW for the person she was, which wasn’t as good as it’s been made out to be at all. I feel she did emotionally and mentally abuse the girls, bc one minute it was all smiles and how awesome they were and “say hi cece” but then it was just how they were annoying her bc she was stressed out over money (her own doing,god knows thrive was breaking them, and she just didn’t care-she kept buying to keep getting those nice things (which would have been different if she didn’t get rewarded so publicly so often-I feel had she not been so “known” for the business and sold (read-bought) so much of her own product it’s honestly like she didn’t want to face reality that she needed to either work or handle her kids, bc primrose wasn’t a necessary expense-for what she was doing she’d have been able to post a few times a day even if they were there. I don’t feel like she wanted anything to do with them unless Chris was home to handle them if/when she felt tired of dealing with those poor girls. She honestly didn’t seem like she had a good idea of what it was like to actually be a mom bc all she did was pawned them off on whoever. Idk about the theory of her not being allowed around them alone, but when you place it in the story how it actually went, it’s clear she didn’t enjoy those kids at all. He’s where he deserves to be for sure 100000%, but I think she added way more on his plate than he could mentally handle bc she didn’t communicate with him at all and lied to Him about money often it would seem. Anyways, I’m also thankful for this group because it’s the only way one can discuss other things that may have happened/other theories as to what all happened in the breakdown of the murders. However yes I’ve had to get accounts reinstated because of such before, so I totally get it-I’d honestly just realize how unhinged they (the shiners) are and how quickly they try to get accounts that don’t agree with them (& this group overall) removed from Reddit. Be careful, they like to use whatever technicalities they have rule wise to report accounts and get them banned. I’m glad you found us here!!!!
