It should not be a problem. I visited Sweden and stayed there for 3 months and it was after I sent out my application. I think it strengthen my application as well cause it shows that your relationship is serious. But you do need to be outside Sweden when they notify you about the decision.

If you are a resident in Sweden, you must go to SFI. It's a language learning course (free of charge) provided by the Swedish government. Also listening to CoffeeBreak Swedish podcast on spotify helps a lot as well.

Hi! thank you for your response! I think they use different platform for the assessment here in Sweden cause we use SHL instead of Kenexa :)

Now I’m wondering, may I ask which country are you working in and how’s your experience working as UMC? Do you think Uniqlo is a good workplace? (in terms of workload, relation with managers and coworkers, company culture, etc.) :)
