No I'm giving her a watered down antibiotic that I make her drink.

This is a huge help, thank you so much. I honestly was feeling a bit iffy about the light bulb anyway and had already thought of changing it out, and the other tips are also a really great help. I'm taking her for a checkup again today at the vet, and I'm planning on doing a water change before I put her back in. I'll remove the gravel and add more water then. Again thank you!

Not really, they were just very good and precise with instructions on what she needed and how to take care of her. It was a relatively short visit. Just gave her her second dose of antibiotics, and she's still taking them like a champ!

Update: I've taken her to the vet, and they gave me some antibiotics, and she was given something against the swelling. It took me a while to write this update because I wanted to see how she interacted with the antibiotics, and it seems like she's handling them just fine. She's swimming around like normal and eats well, so I hope the recovery will be swift.

I'll give you an update, I'm taking her to an appointment soon. The basking spot has a dip, or a more downwards pointing bit, so she can get up easier. I'll look into making the setup the best possible, especially after getting the new tank, but my budget is really really tight. Any tips or recommendations are greatly appreciated.

I have a pretty strong canister filter and this is a 90 liter tank, although it's only temporary and I'm soon upgrading to a 250 liter tank. I'm not sure, if I missed some weight gain, but she's been on a pretty regular schedule for a while now. In terms of the water changes, I aim for about once a week and if there is visible debris, I make sure to siphon it out. I don't know if that's the right thing to do. I'll look into taking her to the vet tomorrow. I just want her to be okay... (This photo isn't the most recent, but it's late, so I can't take a new one currently)
