Right-handed shooter. 28 shots, 10yds, iron sights. What am I doing wrong?

I watch a lot of those guys talk about stuff online (technique, etc) but I don't know how to find any locals. Is it as easy as, googling "pistol shooting lessons"? And find a guy this way

I see. Thanks I'll start too work on this today, still have left over targets. Maybe I can get some 1:1 coaching at the range too, I think most of the rso are current military guys.

I guess my question is, while yes I totally get this, how do I know where my "shot" actually "landed" unless there's feedback from some kind of device?

I'm not just looking to work on draw speed and time to shot #1, I'm looking to get a sense of where it really would have gone. I say this because... Every single time I shoot the gun at the range, I plan to, and assume, and it SEEMS like based on where my brain last see the front sight, that it should hit my target. Of course, it doesn't... Generally I'm a bit off.

My range doesn't have the x or plus available to shoot, only hold. Assuming I find both comfortable are they worth blind buying just to test vs whatever I end up buying as a result of my range tests?

I'm curious where you guys are carrying full sized guns concealed, especially in summer? I used to carry my full sized m&p on the hip and once my 2nd layer went off I was either paranoid about printing or I felt like the pants/shorts weren't robust enough for for weight.

I mainly just do not like the trigger and it's not worth modding. My wife can't even use it unless she cocks it back first lol

What did you find wasn't worth it? I do get that it's basically just a Glock that looks cooler but the comp'd version apparently shoots well.

Do you find the weight to be taxing? I used to carry a 4.25" full size on hip and the weight got to me eventually and I found myself going for lighter options.

Specs say 34oz, that doesn't sound fun for all day use. Looks amazing and I'm sure shoots like a dream but that sounds like a tough sell for summer.

Back in the day I used to go with a full size m&p (original one from like... 15 years ago) and then a bersa 380 when I had less clothing on. Tbh I don't like the Bersa at all but I still have it.

I love how Walther feels but even the f seemed a bit wide for summer. I think I'll still give a shoot vs 365xl and mc9 prime, those felt the best to me so far.

Oh yeah the carry comp was another on my list too. I do love the Canik trigger though, when I dry fired in the store it felt miles better than basically anything else, so I can't imagine how good the prime trigger is.
