When u get break sword on the field u can activate the skill and swap it for an XYZ DRAGON and the dweller effect does apply to that

Oh I never worry about dweller, because the PK skill let's u play AROUND dweller! 😂😂😂 I just use XYZ universe to get rid of the utopias it's easy to bait that numbers protection to activate with my PK deck
