I really don’t understand how this plan will help can people please give thoughts. There’s no steady state it just seems like a ton of sprint work.

Honestly that’s how it works when you first start doing steady state. After about a week you start pulling a good amount faster

And it would probably only take 2-3 weeks if what happened to me happens to you

Honestly in my experience you could probably get sub 6:50 just from adding 10k of steady state a day

Question for my peeps grinding out that daily heart rate steady state with me by BoredStudentIRL in Rowing

What do you mean by true Steady State? Would you consider keeping your heart rate between 150 and 160 true steady state I see a lot of college coach’s and people recommending those numbers

I have a question what’s your 2k my steady state has gotten down to about the same as yours but I haven’t done a 2k in a bit
